 RETURNS & SHIPPING: 

Pellar has a 14-day return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. Before returning the item please contact our team at pellarcycling@gmail.com. You are responsible for returning your item to us. Please use any recorded delivery service of your choice. We appreciate your help through this process and we look forward to assisting you with the desired outcome. 

Please note: If you are receiving multiple shipments for your order, please wait until you have received everything to initiate your return.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

While every effort is taken to send orders out as quickly as possible, in some instances, orders may take up to 5 working days to despatch. After despatch, you should expect an added wait time respective to your selected courier service. Be aware that due to the current environment we are suspending all services to Russia & Ukraine. No orders for these countries will be accepted. We apologise for the inconvenience.
